Frequently Asked Questions
A beta-ready reference for users and advisors evaluating ResidencyIQ workflows.
What is ResidencyIQ?
ResidencyIQ is a private residency intelligence workspace for organizing profile data, evidence, exposure factors, migration context, advisor collaboration, and audit narrative readiness.
How is ResidencyIQ different from day-counting tools?
Day counts are only one signal. ResidencyIQ focuses on the broader totality of life: identity, residence, financial ties, family and community, professional activity, travel behavior, evidence, and narrative continuity.
How does the ResidencyIQ Score work?
The score is an informational indicator that summarizes profile factors, evidence completeness, exposure signals, advisor readiness, and state intelligence. It is not a legal or tax conclusion.
Can advisors access profiles?
Advisor network and workspace access are in beta. Current sharing states are informational until production advisor access controls are fully enabled.
Can I export my records?
Paid plans are designed to support exports such as movement summaries, checklist and evidence summaries, and advisor-ready reports where supported. Exposure™ is intended for more complete advisor-ready reporting and AuditIQ review outputs.
What happens if I cancel?
Paid features remain available through the end of the current billing period. Before cancellation or downgrade, export or save any records you need. Export availability depends on plan level and supported features.
Why does my receipt or card statement show Equitymind Ventures?
ResidencyIQ is operated by Equitymind Ventures, so subscription billing, receipts, or card statements may show Equitymind Ventures as the merchant of record.
Is this legal or tax advice?
No. ResidencyIQ provides informational tools and organizational workflows. Consult qualified professionals before making tax or residency decisions.
